1. General Provisions

"Company" means VVM Games, the owner and developer of MoneyBallGame.

"User" means any individual or legal entity interacting with the Game.

"Game" refers to the software product including the in-game economy, marketplace, fiat and crypto mechanisms.

"Crypto mechanisms" include NFTs, tokens, and all blockchain-related elements.

By registering and using the Game, the User fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice.

⚠️ Access is restricted to users aged 21 and over.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for financial, technical, or legal risks arising from gameplay or transactions.
  • All in-game and crypto transactions are made at the user's own risk.
  • The Company does not guarantee profit, liquidity, or price stability of in-game or crypto assets.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and the Company has no ability to cancel them.

3. License to Use

  • Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal use.
  • Any commercial use is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Company.
  • Violations (e.g. botting, hacking, abuse) may result in account termination without refund.

4. Data Privacy and Collection

Collected data: email, biometric data, IP address, device info, transaction logs.

Usage: service delivery, analytics, compliance with AML/KYC laws.

In accordance with GDPR/CCPA, users may request data deletion — which results in loss of account access.

5. In-Game Economy & Marketplace

  • The game includes a P2P marketplace for trading digital assets.
  • Users trade at their own risk; the Company does not mediate or guarantee transactions.
  • Loss of access to wallets/accounts is not grounds for asset recovery.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only considered in the case of a Company-side error.
  • Fraudulent actions or chargebacks result in account bans and potential legal action.

7. Code of Conduct

Prohibited: abusive behavior, cheating, exploit use, market manipulation.

Penalties:

  • • 1st violation → temporary ban
  • • Repeat → permanent ban and data blacklisting

8. KYC & AML Policy

  • KYC is required for transactions above $500.
  • Users are responsible for legal compliance in their jurisdiction.
  • Suspicious activity may be reported to appropriate authorities.

9. Jurisdiction & Legal

These Terms are governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda.

The Game is operated under the legal framework and regulations of Antigua, and any legal matters shall be resolved under its applicable laws.

In the future, the Company may register or operate specific services through licensed entities in Antigua.

All disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved through negotiation, or in the courts of Antigua and Barbuda, unless otherwise required by applicable international law.

By using the platform, you agree that your use is subject to the laws of Antigua and Barbuda.
